electrical issue
2005 XLT Crew Cab 5.7L My truck has an intermittent electrical issue, can't locate any threads on this.
Issue- the check engine/service tone sounds and the dash goes dead.
Service lights on left side all come on
odometer/speedometer go dead
air conditioner stops working- but fan will run
lights, turn signals, radio and other electrical work
When I turn the truck off, the radio stays on unless I manually turn off, even after opening the door.
The system will come back on, the door locks reset, the air conditioner comes on, dash goes back to normal. It could stay off 2 minutes or 30, reset and go back off in a minute.
Battery has been checked.
