Driver side power window goes down really really slow and some times stops about half way. It seems to go up fine. Motor?

 

Take the door panel off and take a look at it. You might see there is a problem with the regulator assembly. The cable might be binding. I don't know what year truck you have, but on my 2004 the window regulator assembly came with the motor as one unit. It cost me $135 for a new regulator assembly, including shipping.
