Default Door hinge options?

As I’m putting my kids in the truck (17 scab) the wind blows the passenger door shut on my leg and it left a cut and bruise.

this has happened before but today was really bad and I need to find a solution because had the door hit my kids it would have been much more serious injury.

does anyone know of anyway to keep my bloody doors open?? short of bungy cords or having to hold it open because those two ways are not practical. I never had this issue with other vehicles I owned unless it was hurricane weather.

thanks so much and I look forward to any suggestions.

Just a suggestion if it is windy: fold the back door all the way open against the bed and then close the front door until you're done putting the kids in then open and hang onto the front door while you close the back door. It's just a work around option.
