Hello need some help! New 2010 f150 driver side door gets full of water in the inside.Dealership told me that my drains where plugged. I was lead to believe prior to this that my weather stripping needed replaced. Any advice would help,dont need a rusty door!

well water does run down the inside of the door shell...thats why the drains are in the bottom...now if the water doesnt drain thats when it becomes a problem

 

The dealership is right, check the drains.
