AFAIK no. Not with a Uhaul or Penske anyway. Penske dollies are rated for the most weight. Max weight is only a little over 4000 lbs. Rules that out. The tow vehicle has to be heavier than what's being dollied as well. Around 1000 lbs heavier.
The largest vehicle I've seen being trailer with a Uhaul car hauler was an older 80's full size Bronco. I'm not sure you can trailer every truck on one. If I remember right, Uhaul had an Orange CH and a Silver trailer. The Silver was good for more weight, up to 5700 lbs roughly.
Most likley you'll have to rent a trailer or hire a flatbed outside of those two rental outfits.
