Interesting, the window sticker does not reflect Active Motion nor does the 2019 Ford F150 brochure. Active Motion is listed for Platinum and Limited only. I think the OPS question requires a road trip to verify.
ON EDIT: I stand corrected. The brochure list the 600A package as standard. The optional 601A package does have Active Motion. It was so much easier when manufacturers listed all of the models, standard and optional accessories in the brochure instead of a page or two for each model..

"when fully loaded" obviously a king ranch has less equipment standard than a platinum which has less standard equipment than a limited. When optioned out fully they are one in the same, the 3.5 ecoboos is an option on the kr/platinum but standard on the limited.

or can you build an XLT with heat and massaging and cooled seats ? With KR leather

No, his question was does the 601a have massaging seats and the answer is yes, he then asked can he get a lariat with kr leather to which the answer is no, he also asked about getting a kr without a sunroof, now find me 1 kr with 601a without a sunroof and I'll find you 20 others with a sunroof and probably a better price. Which leads me to the point that for the most part a kr/platinum/limited are just aesthetic changes, it's hard to even find 5.0 platinums and king ranches just cause the 3.5 option is so cheap that most dealers order it with the 3.5. Trucks on the lots that are kr/platinum are usually loaded to the gills which makes them no different from previous limited. I'll add a new point now, the 2019 limited now has the raptor engine, chuck was looking at 2018s so I decided to not add that wrench in there but the 2019 limited has dual outlet exhaust from the rear and the new high output ecoboost motor, so now you can say the limited is not the same as a plat/kr anymore, its also 70k+ but you should get the point I'm trying to make.
