Does anyone have this problem?
I have a 2008 F150 Lariat with factory 20’s with an automatic transmission. My problem is with that auto transmission. When stopping at intersections with any kind of incline I can take my foot off the brake and the truck will not roll forward, and if the incline is steep enough the truck will roll backwards. Keep in mind the truck is in drive when all this happens. I have been trying to get an answer from my local Ford dealer, but they don’t seem to want to answer my question. I was hoping someone out here might have the same problem and can help me find out if this normal or not.
Thanks

It's completely normal. The torque converter can only supply so much torque when the engine is at idle. If that torque isn't enough to overcome gravity, you will either stay still or roll backwards.
