Default different tires

Okay. So i have bfgoodrich all terrain ta's on my 95 right now. Completely stock. And they are 33x10.50r15. So tall and skinny. I am lifting the truck 6 inches this summer and ill still have these tires a while because i need to save up and get new rims and tires. My price range for rims and tires is less than 2 grand. I think im going to go with a 17-18" procomp billet rim. Dont know what width or backspacing. Im still undecided, so help me with that please. But what im really tossed up about is tires. I dont to be spending an arm and a leg. Im completely confused. I kinda like km2's, but i dont think theyll look aggressive enough on my truck. And i dont know if i want 35-36 inches. Ive decided on 13.50 wide though. I want a tire that has whine. I want them to hear my tires first then hear my exhaust after i pass. But i need a road safe tire. And something that performs amazing in sand/mud. Any help? Please?

yo ok i say get xd series rims they are sick the cranks, rockstars, monsters, hoss there all sick and if u want an aggressive tire the nitto mud grapplers are extremely mean and loud as hell but they ride rough but the nitto trail grapplers ride great have some whine and look raw as hell thats what i have and i love them. look for a tire and rim package already set up or your going to end up spending more than you want to. if u have any more questions message me and ill be glad to help also i suggest 35/12.5OR18 so you dont rub when u turn.
