Default Dent removal advice needed

Got a little dent in my bumper this weekend. Wanted to get some opinions on the best route to take in fixing it. I guess I could hammer it out from the backside but I know it still wouldn't be perfect. Should I take it to a body shop? New bumper? It's too expensive to fix so just leave it?

I work in a body shop that bumper is three pieces the left hand and right hand steel portions are connected buy the plastic pad the left hand steel piece is about $450 labor to put it on is 1.8 hrs that includes removing the bumper paint time is 1.5 we charge $50. An hour for body and paint labor depending on the shop they may charge More or less it can be repaired for around four hours but as the price of the part and hours are the same across the nation price per hour and repair time are left to each shop beware of shops that don't offer a lifetime warranty or are dramatically cheaper than other shops

I found a retired paint and body guy near me. I can remove parts, take them to him, and get stuff painted pretty cheap. You might be able to find someone like that.

I think that bumper piece is a separate one that you can remove yourself.
Also, try taking just that to shops to get estimates. If that's your only dent,...well I'd fix it myself.

The bumper sections are all over e-bay. Or try a Ford bodyshop, when they do a bumper they repalce the entire piece regardless of where the damage is.
