Default Delaware and NJ road trip!

Just got back Friday from a 2 week trip to Rehoboth Beach Del. and Cape May, NJ...MawMaw's sister lives in Maryland and we had a nice house to stay in(courtesy of one of sister in law's friend's) plus a condo on the beach where we spent the 4th. We also took the ferry from Lewes, Del. to Cape May, NJ on a day trip. Great to see my nephew's, nieces and their kid's too. Truck did great on the 2,600 plus mile round trip even with a load going up and one coming back. Outlet stores that are tax free attract more shopper's then flies on a fresh turd! Anyway great to be back in the bayou country because I was missing the heat and humidity...

Sounds like a great trip PawPaw. I'm sure the truck was loaded heavier for the return trip.

Not really...going up there I had an ice chest with peeled jumbo shrimp...fish fillet's and other frozen goodies from the Bayou State. Dry ice and insulating with paper kept everything frozen for the 2 1/2 days to get up there. Also had other thing's that MawMaw's sister can't get up there...same thing last year but glad to do it. Backhaul was mostly clothes for the grandkid's. Nice area up there but too much traffic for the 4th of July week. Hope your Platinum is treating you right!!

Wife's sister lives in Frederick, Md. and I've been to Gettysburg through York and into the Amish country...that was a few year's ago.
