yeah there r holes
the only thing holding it against the fender is an adheisve like 3M and the holes are just so itll line up straight bc there are 2 little plastic rods stickin out the back of the badge to stick into the holes to line it up sttraight
unless u plan on updating ur badges to a newer badge ur gonna have to fill them or ride around with 2 holes in ur fender lol
my bro in law changed out his badges on his 04 to the badges from a '11, and turns out the holes match right up
