I won't rant with the bitchy details. Just a notice to my fellow F150 owners: Avoid AUTO-NATION FORD, BROOKSVILLE, FLORIDA on US 41. For a simple oil and filter change I was told 1 hr -1 hr 20 min. I gave up at 2 hours because they hadn't even moved my vehicle to a service bay. Had they said 2-3 hours, I would have been warned. Service guy Wayne could use some people skills as well. Hope this gets to a lot of you before being deleted.

 

So the dealer overcharged you, broke something, damaged your truck, offered some service you didn't need?

 

Honestly I'm not surprised. There are a lot out there like that.

I've seen:

Lost keys
3 hour oil changes
Been left in the waiting room
Been called at home to tell me my truck was ready even thought I had it at home for many hours.

I could go on

This was waiting for over two hours for an oil change, no fluff, just oil and filter. Gave up and asked for my key, and quietly left.

 

they called you to say your car is ready after you've picked it up...now that is incompetence at its finest
