DC Control Problems
I had ordered a FP50 controller for my E-Fans on April 22nd. After about a month I had already emailed Brian twice with no reply. So at the beginning of this month I decided to open up a dispute through paypal hoping that I would finally get my controller. He finally responded to my dispute and after asking several times when I would be receiving the controller he asked if I still wanted it, my reply was yes as it had already been paid for. Well I just checked paypal today to see if he responded and it said that a refund had been issued. Are you kidding me? This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Anyone else have similiar problems with them?
