I have a 2010 F150 Platium. There is a small round black plastic opening/? directly above electric brake by right side of steering column. I am still not sure what this is for. Can anyone help?

On a 4wd, that's where the 4x4 shift **** goes. On a 2wd, it's just a coin holder. Don't know that all is involved, but I've read where some guys installed a gauge in that hole.

My 2010 f150 Platinum just started to give 3 or 4 clicking sounds when starting. I believe it is coming from radio (Sync). The clicking stops until next time truck is started. Any suggestions on what it is?
