Dash Cluster question

I have a 2008 XLT 4X4 it has the plain dash cluster. i was wondering if I could take a Lariat dash cluster and put it in my XLT. Without much trouble. Thanks for your help

I believe you would have to get it reprogrammed to be able to start the truck once you've switched it. Other than that it's plug and play
