Damaged USB hub

Damaged USB hub
2020 F150 XLT -
I spilled coffee in the 2 USB ports and now they’re not working. I popped the USB terminal out and tried cleaning the circuit board, but no luck. Also, I accidentally unplugged the yellow and blue wires. I ordered replacement USB terminal and reattached wires. The LED lights on the USB terminal turn on, but doesn’t register my phone and/or charge. I’m guessing this most likely means the mini-USB from the cable harness is damaged. Is this a difficult repair if I have to install a new harness to the radio?
