I am replacing ignition coil in cylinder #1 on my '01 5.4 liter. Need to know which one is number one? anyway to tell without pulling each one while engine is running? is there literature that labels them? tried owners manual, but no such luck. thanks,

 

passenger side is 1-4 front one is #1

 

so they just go in order? seems too simple, but worth a shot. thanks for the info!
