I don't think Nebraska cares to much about noise and emissions. I see cars all the time with there exhaust falling off, no bumpers on, etc. I drive mostly on base with the truck and the base cop "want to be's" can't fine you. :-)

I have a '90 gt mustang and a '00 gt droptop, both have mac catbacks. I can't wait for someone in Cal. With an '11 5.0 to have mac make a catback. Best sound ever.
