Default Couple quickies please!

1999 Regular Cab F-150 Flareside

1.) I'm completely swapping the driver's door. Is there a connector for the wiring harness into the door or will I need to splice the wires?
2.) Heat/Cool fan works but only in the highest 2 positions, any thoughts on how to correct this? Switch issue or something else perhaps? It's not a huge problem so if it's quick I'll correct it.
3.) Getting the manual shifter into 4-wheel drive is taking a lot more effort than it should?

Thanks and have a good weekend

1-no idea lol
2-sounds like its the blower motor resistor which is pretty common and easy to replace, like 2-3 bolts and a clip I believe, its behind the glove box but I didn't have to take that out when I did mine, just a tight fit haha
3-don't know much about that sorry haha

1/3 aint bad
