Default Cooling seats & VIN Decoder question

Good morning guys, I'm brand new to the forum so please bear with me if I'm asking bad questions, or already answered issues.

I see there has been a lot of discussion on the cooling seat issues on the F150's and was hoping that there has been a TSB to resolve the heating issue? When I turn the cooling button (for both seats) on, in about 15 mins the lumbar area is hot. I have only had the truck for a few days and noticed it after I left the golf course yesterday. If I get a "it's working properly" when I go to the dealership this morning I'm going to lose it! I fought my last F150 and sure don't want to start fighting this one too!

Also the VIN decoder on this forum showed that I'm driving an XLT. What am I doing wrong? Not sure if its a big deal, but sure is concerning.

Thanks so much for y'alls help!!

What year is the truck and what are you needing to determine from the VIN?
