Coolant Help

I have a 2006 Lincoln Mark LT, should I use the Motorcraft Gold or another color? Also is Motorcraft the way to go or is another brand better? Thanks in advance.

Unless you are going to do a coolant system flush, stick with what you have. Mixing different coolants is not recommended and when you drain the system you only drain ~10 qts from your ~20 qt system.
