I want one of these!

This guy on another forum that I belong to made this cap himself, and wants to produce them on a large scale. Anyway, I'd like to get one of these myself, but as far as I know they are not yet available. He said they will cost like $1800.00 when he has them ready. Anyway they are also supposed to help with gas milage. I like the sloping back.
