Default Compression questions.

Just recently had a 2010 f150 3 valve block handed to me after I spun a rod bearing on my 2002 f250. I bolted my heads onto the block but I noticed the 3 valve block had flat top pistons in it whereas my block had domed pistons. I was wondering what the compression ratio difference might be and how it would run on pump gas.
