Code

Insufficient information.
Post FULL code and explain what's going on. You'll get a better feedback. Otherwise, just Google your complete fault code (including the prefix letter!).

code I have a 07 f150 5.4 haven't ran in 2yrs when I started working on it wouldn't start or crank so I went checking fuses found 1 blown fixed it it was for the heater blower even took out the fusebox to check it but still nothing will not crank or start unless I jump from the solonoid did comp check and that code was there used a cheaper brand of tester but they are to costly for me please help

Sounds like a rodent chewed on some wires or corrosion has set in. The blown fuse is an indication even though it's not directly related to the code. Two years of sitting is a long time.
Your best path forward at this point is to examine all wires and ground points.
"A P1633 code is a Ford manufacturer specific diagnostic trouble code that occurs when the PCM/ECM receives a signal indicating low voltage on the Keep Alive memory circuit. This circuit continuously maintains the battery voltage so that the PCM may continue recording information about the vehicle's drive data, such as fuel control, idle control, and transmission control adaptive algorithms."

why do you keep posting new threads? Especially without giving all the relevant background info?
here is one of several:

My guess is that you got the P1633 because this truck had no power for 2 years so for the time being I would ignore that code.
Please don't replace the PCM before trouble shooting is completed. People do it all of the time and it is rarely the issue.
As Bones said rodent damage is a real possibility.
After checking for damaged wiring start with the basics. Fully charge the battery.
Clean the battery terminals and battery connections until they are bright. Install battery and tighten connections. Make sure you have all three positive cables connected as the black over wrapped cable tends to fall behind the battery when disconnected.
Positive post - 1) Red cable, 2) Black with Red stripe and 3) Black flexible over wrapped cable.
Negative post - Black cable that splits in to two black cables after leaving the terminal connector.
Check the battery voltage, should be 12 to 12.4 volts.
Prior to inserting key is the Is the red light on the dashboard flashing every 2-3 seconds?
Turn key to ON, does the red light become solid red for 2 seconds and then go off?
Can you hear the fuel pump run for 3-4 seconds? Does everything look normal, interior lights work, headlights work, radio plays etc, etc. Make a note of anything that looks abnormal.
Turn key to Start, does it start? What observations can you make at this point? Any loud clicking under the hood?
Check the battery voltage again, should be 12 to 12.4 volts.
If you got no clicking under the hood the starter circuit needs to investigated.
