Exclamation Closing tailgate with Quad/ATV in 5.5' bed using an ATV Riser

It didn't work out for me. I asked the dude before I bought the riser, he said at the highest setting, the Riser pulls the rear wheels in by about 11". I don't know if its my quad or what, but I think it only pulled my quad in by like 4". Wonder what other options are out there for me to use.

Plus its sketchy trying to load the quad at that steep of an angle.

Or just leave the tailgate down with the rear wheels on it. Won't hurt a thing if you strap it down, which you need to do even with the tailgate up.

That's a nice setup. I was hoping to have the tailgate up to connect a trailer.

No, it was a kawasaki dealership. I told him it was a 5.5' bed. Now can't return stuff because of corona virus.

He said I should try using wooden blocks to raise it higher.

Yeah, that tailgate isn't closing unless you stand that quad vertically.

Have the same predicament. Waa looking single deck but never did find one. Mine sits on the tailgate. Now looking for an enclosed trailer to haul with for fall. Summer it can stay in the truck box
