I have a 2005 King Ranch with automatic climate control. Occasionaly, the heater does not generate maximum hot air and othe times it does; ditto for the AC. It is in the ford garage right now and the service tech is running tests but he believes it to be the blender motor/door.

He ran the diagnostic test, Off - Defros twice and then On and no codes showed except for one time when the unit flashed 16 then 76 and them repeated these until you hit the On button.

Any idea what those codes mean. The service tech said he could not find them in the manual.
