Default Cleaning

I have seen alot of threads about waxing and detailing the exteriors of our trucks... What do you all use on the interiors?

I just use soap and water. I read somewhere that they do not recommend using any sprays or enhancers on the dash or plastic areas. They tend to make the dash fade and crack sooner because these"cleaning agents" remove the preservatives from the dash plastics, etc.

I use the Armorall wipes. You can get them in a 3-pack; glass, dash/leather seat, and a 'general' cleaning wipe. I've had good luck with them. They are handy to keep in my Rubbermaid 'box of stuff' just in case I spill something n want to wipe it up. Also a roll of paper towels is good to keep handy.

Works in everything inside the truck. Also can be used to clean NAV screens.

I might hit the interior with a broom once a year or two... and maybe pass a shop rag over the dash and instruments while I am at it. I think I might have taken it once to one of those car washes where they wipe down the interior.
