Default CL/AT Alternatives?

Hey, all...

As I've posted here before, I am in the market for a 2004 F150 Lariat, but I was wondering if anyone here knows or has any good sources they use when searching for used vehicles BESIDES Craigslist or Autotrader.com? My first experience buying a car from Craigslist turned out to be not so stellar, and IMO, the website version of Auto Trader kinda sucks... I remember how awesome Auto Trader was when it was in print, and the sheer number of vehicles locally that could be found in each issue, but on their website, it seems like the pickings locally, or even semi-locally are extremely slim to none. So, I was wondering if anyone has any other sources they like to use, online or in print? Thanks for any suggestions.

techrep, yes, there is a CarMax about a mile down the road from me, but so far, at least, I have not seen a single 2004-2008 F150 on their lot. IDK about others, but this one here usually always seems to have small SUV's and "rental-car fleet" type cars for sale. I do keep checking from time to time, though.

You can search Carmax nation wide...they will ship it to you...in some cases free... but, I guess it would have to meet Cali standards first...
