My back bumper has some spots of rust and i was wondering if there's a spray paint that would look like there was never any rust there.
Any such thing?

No unless u spay painted ur whole bumper

 

there is chrome spray paint but it looks like bright silver not chrome.

 

Chrome painting is a big process that cannot happen thru a can. Not yet any way but see if you can polish your aluminum and avoid painting anything since I can guarantee it will turn out worse than it already is.
