AVS makes one.
Check out JCwhitney.com, enter your vehicle details then click on bug shield/deflectors. It is about 1/2 down the page.

Lund also makes them.

I put one of these on my Lariat. Installed pretty easily. At first I didnt think the positioning of it was right as it covered up the top bar on the stock chrome grill to protect it but didnt seem to extend high enough to deflect stones and bugs from the hood. So far, it seems to do the job and is pretty unnoticable from the driver's seat. Once in a blue moon when driving in a significant quartering or crosswind I get a strange slight vibration in the cab. This is minor and does not hapen often.

Had one on my last truck and it sounded like rain at 60+mph!!

Default stick on bug deflector

I have a buddy who ownes an auto glass and eccessory shop, he was showing me a new bug deflector, it sticks on with 3M tape, stays flush with the hood, it does not cover the top of the grill like others. It did'nt look too bad, but not good enough to pay 160.00. I cant see it deflecting much since it sits flat on the hood. Available in chrome or smoke, not sure who makes it.
