Major changes in the ECM and wiring of the cam phaser and its functions. Your '00 is a OBDII system and the '05 is a CAN system.
Not gonna say it can't be done but you better have and understand the wiring diagrams and also be able to do some code rewriting.

I think you're looking at a few more serious proplems other than your ford.
