TO ANSWER SOME QUESTIONS: The sad thing is that there is no additions to the vehicle by the dealership. The other thing is that it has nothing to do with race, because the guy who owns the dealer ship is a white guy who was raised in the mainland not Hawaii. And the destination fee is the same as it is anywhere else. Also even though it's a 2011 they just got the truck on the lot. Also I did ship my first vehicle over from the Indiana and that cost over $4,000.00. The problem with shipping a vehicle in from the mainland is the dock workers receive bonuses from the dealerships here to deliver their vehicles safe and sound, so when they see a vehicle brought in from somewhere else they unload it last, plus they beat the **** out of them. They have even been known to wreck the cars, but they are union and nothing happens to them.

awww cmon now, most locals hate us "howlies". the only place the locals dont hate you is in the tourist trap cities lol. most crooked cops you will ever find inside the U.S. also (unless your local). only thing i miss about hawaii is the pig (kalua pig i think?) yall got out there. a loco moco with that pig is a godsend! lol.
x2 on the dock worker crap. even in the military and you ship your car out there (free to you) it will be beat up. never seen one that didnt have some damage somewhere on it from that dock. they bent the exhaust on my buddys bike that he got shipped out there when it got dropped on its side by them.
someone posted a gt350 laguna seca with a 25k market value markup on here, dunno where it is though.
