Go to pissedoffconsumer.com (I think that's the name) and do a search of these places. They will hire anybody to do oil changes. I heard straight from a friend who worked at one nd he had no reasons to lie whatsoever.

I work at oreillys and most of the time other parts store sell their cheap oil too commercial businesses for like a dollar a quart just too insure business and they make up their money by selling them other products at a higher cost
