Default Changing Rear Window to a slider

I just bought a 05 F150 xlt and it came with the solid rear window. I want to switch it to a slider. How hard would it be to put in a power slider or should I go with the manual? I have the supercab.

I would look behind the rear seats to see if the harness is there for the power slider. I am debating the same. I had an extended cab with manual, and it wasn't bad - I could reach it. Now I have a supercrew, I would have to climb into the back seat to open or close the thing.

Thank you, How does the seat fold foreward? I had looked at it and it doesn't look like it moves.

I read about the latch to release the seat back, and wanted more detail. I searched it on YouTube and found a video from a company who was installing seat covers.
