Default Changing radio units

Our 2006 f150 supercrew currently has a 6L3T-18C868-AD unit in it and I would like to install a 5F9T-18C815-HB in it. Will it work correctly or what do I need to do to make it work. I want to be able to hook up my ipod with a controller that would allow us to see the text on the radio. Also the 6 cd changer would be nice. Thanks.

Thx ZaBree. I'm going from a Non-Audiophile to one. I know that I have to install a subwoofer, but don't know what all I need to change it over. The non has two connections and the other has three. The new one that I'm considering has the same antenna connection as the the non.
