Default Changes after ordering a 2011

I was wondering if it was possible to change an order after it has been placed? In my particular case, I was called last week with a VIN for my truck saying it would be built the week of September 5th. I am thinking now I wish I would have chosen black as the exterior color instead of the Tri-Coat Platinum White. Would it be possible to get changed? If so, would the build date get slipped? Any additional info welcome.

Don't know Brother. The best I can say is give the sales manager at the dealership a call. The dealership would have to be the one that changes the order if it can be done. Good luck.

I did the same thing - changing color on my 2011 Platinum from Platinum White to Black - and got grief from the dealership and it was only TWO DAYS aftyer I had placed my order. They did it, but didn't detail the process. The only thing they did comment on was that they didn't know anything about the new black color (as Tuxedo is no longer available).
