Car audio.
Okay so me being on a waiters salary. What would be the best replacement door/rear speakers I could just sub out for my stock ones. I want cheaper but I could justify slightly more expensive for the sake of great sound. I'm looking to pay no more than $200. I want something that won't sound like crap, with the awesome deck in putting in on Friday. (I'll take intermittent photos of the process so you can see how it looks before and after)
Are pioneer speakers good? They seam to be on the lower end of the expense chart.

Honestly, don't sacrifice sound quality. I would replace the front speakers first with most of the money you have, save the rest for the rear fill in later. Most of your sound is from the front doors, I usually recommend Infinity, Boston, JL audio, for a great entry to high quality speakers. Infinity Kappa series are awesome but their reference series will suffice nicely.
If you sacrifice sound quality then I can almost guarantee that you will keep on upgrading everytime you have money in your pocket, once you get the audio bug it's hard to get rid of it.
That's my 2 cents worth, with lots of experience.
Edit...my recommendations are just a few of the great brands. I can go on and on with more brands.

Kappas x3 and don't even run back speakers. The infinitys get pretty loud and still sound good even running from the deck. For 200 some pretty decent front speakers could be had though maybe look into a component set if you're not planning on running any subs or anything?
Front speakers first and put as much money into them as you can.
Honestly i wouldn't even bother putting in rear speakers and would turn them off for the best 'real concert' experience you can get. Woofers and tweeters up front, the subs can go in the back because those sounds are not nearly as directional.

Sound is round.
I have Pioneer 3-ways all the way around (along with two 10" DC Audio Level II competition subs). They have held up really well in the 2+ years I've had them (I bump my music quite often lol). The sound quality isn't bad at all.
