I got a new belt from duralast and it has stopped the noise. The first belt i had on the truck was just rubber with the metal wires running threw it(Not so great quality)The second belt I just bought had some kind of fibers threw out the rubber and looked like a tougher belt. The lesson we learn here today is sometimes its better to just pay the extra 8$ and get the better belt. Thanks for all your help.
