Looking to buy these rear bumper ends from a guy and have them PTM at my local auto body to replace my chrome bumpers but not sure if these can be restored to look like new due to the heavy rust or if im better off buying primed ones off ebay. Please LMK your thoughts and if I should proceed or if they are beyond repairable

 

I'd probably sand blast them before sanding them. But then again not everyone has access to one of those!

 

If those are oem and the others are aftermarket I'd go oem. I had a ranger bumper sanded and painted 2 weeks ago. It was worse that your pieces. I did the metal work and had my painter take care of the rest . Turned out perfect.
