Default Can anyone help

My caliper locked up last year and had to have pads and rotor replaced. The mechanic also said he replaced my caliper. Two days ago, it seemed like it locked up again. The braked got hot as can be and it looked crystalized on the rotor. Also, it felt like the wheel was about to come off when going down the road, like it was terribly out of balance. Can anyone tell me if they think it is a bad caliper or if I have other problems, maybe a bad brake line? Is there a way to check to see if the caliper is working right?

caliper could be sticking but a new one? hmmm. replace caliper new brake pads and reserface both rotors. then bleed system real good so you'll have new fluid in system. make sure back brakes are tight to take some of the stress off those rotors. or they will warp.
