Has anyone cammed their truck? Im going to and i wanted to know if any one else has. I think it would be pretty cool cam long tubes with true duels. I have a 97 F-150 with a 4.6. Anyone?

 

Comp 268H is the NPI head'd cam of choice for a daily driver requiring a fair amount of torque. you will also need new valvesprings. In additiona to that, you will need the Ford OTC spec 4.6/5.4/6.8 valvespring compressor.....do not use a generic, the OTC tool is made just for the application.
