Stick with the Fords. I do like the GM style, but I'd say keep it as OEM as possible

I'd love to do this, I don't think I have the patience to do it right though.

I'm not hating on your mod or anything but I'm not fan of people who do this to f-150's its only offered on the 250's and larger and in my opinion makes your truck out to be something its not....a superduty

The GM one looks best - less hillbilly.

The law states that any vehicle 80" wide or more must have clearance lights as high as practicable at the widest point of the vehicle not including mirrors... This applies to larger vehicles, trailers and trucks... My F150 falls into this bracket as it is 88" wide at the tires although I can't put lights on the tires I have them, it's not a "cool" thing for me, it's a warning to traffic that there's a big truck on the road and a, "don't hit me"...

It's not a Super Duty thing, it's a large vehicle thing and a warning to other drivers to take extra precautions upon passing the vehicle on the road

I wouldn't put them on a truck unless you fall into this bracket... It's a big truck thing not cool on little trucks, but that's my opinion...

Haha no need for apologies! Lol just saying that they have thier place on the smaller bodied trucks if they're built into that size bracket

Stick with the classic Ford type, they look cool going through the Taco Bell drive up lane too!
