Amazonia, I understand your problem, I am 6"7" with size 15 shoes and both knees replaced, and have exactly the problem you describe getting into or out of the truck. I can say that I just bought a 2011 f150 with electric captains chairs, and it is far easier to get in than a bench seat. When sitting in the truck, I can fully straighten my legs, something I have been unable to do in most vehicles for many years.
