If they physically look the same then yes. If they look different, there could be issues to deal with, mounting holes, hose size and threads, even electrical connectors could be different.

my clutches on my compressure stay engaged i changed the high low pressure switch and freon checks out good. Even when i turn the air off they are still engaged. Any help would great. Thank you jamie. I have 3 fords with over 200000

Something is not right. Compressor should only be on in AC Max, AC, and Defroster. All other functions does not require the compressor. My 02 has an AC clutch relay, perhaps your has one also and its shorted or stuck on. Check applicable wiring diagram.
