Built Ford Tough
Just saved a Axle.
Was about 400 miles from home, and had to have my truck towed out from a drainage culvert about 3 feet deep, and had my entire A** end stuck.
Went in a little diagonally while backing up, and left everything skewed and twisted for a while, including the back tires, both positioned at odd angles. I was sure I'd broke the Axle.
So we pull it out, inspect for damage and proper wheel operation and....nothing! Not even a new scratch!
Was able to finish the trip with no developing mechanical problems at all, and made it home safely.
WHEW!...Built Ford Tough allright. Eleven year old Truck, I'm Impressed
