Default Brush guard question

The next addition I am going to make to my truck is getting a brush guard. I found the one I want but I do not know what color I want it in. It comes in stainless steel(chrome) and black powder. I love the chrome but it is 242$ more. And my truck already has a lot of crhome on it already. But I would like to get black side step rails later. So I think the chrome would look awkward with the black side steps. http://www.carid.com/2010-ford-f-150...ml#fullInfoTab
This is the one I want and that is what the front of my truck looks like as well. Another concern I have is if I get the black powder I dont want it to be a different color black than my truck. The price on there is showing the price for the black powder not the chrome. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

I think it will look better in black if you are going to go with the black step bars.

Yes, it is all about keeping everything uniform. Like wearing the same color leather belt and shoes...would black belt go with red shoes...no! So black with black and chrome with chrome

It can't be too hard. I installed the step bars on my F150 and the class III hitch too. Both are still on the truck and functioning well. So far...

Dang that is a darn good price. I like bull bars a lot but I dont think they look as good on bigger trucks. I think they look good on something smaller like a Tocoma. In the future I would like to get something like that Bullnose but yes the funding is a problem seeing as how I am 16 and do not have a job yet.
