Default Broken Vacuum Line?

Looking for some advice. I was having IWE issues with grinding at slow speeds. Was following Fords TSB that says to plug the vacuum lines, and when I was pulling one of the ends out it ripped part of the vacuum line and was leaking air when the engine was running. Ended up sealing it with some tape temporarily and haven’t had any issues.

anyone have any idea what part number this hose is and if it’s feasible to replace on my own?

pictures attached, circled in red is the hose I’m referring to, the IWE vacuum line connects from it to the solenoid. The highlighted area is where the break occurred.

Super easy to do. I did mine a couple years ago. Took 15 min because I hadn't done it before and was being careful. Now, < 5 min for sure. BTW, I bought mine at the dealer. They had it in stock and their price was cheaper than most of the online resellers.

what is the part number? To clarify, it’s not the actual vacuum line, it’s where line where the actual vacuum comes from

Sorry for the late response. If you are looking for the connection point at the vacuum source, this won't help.
Mine includes the tube, check valve, and splitter. I'm not sure what the PN is for your vehicle but it's likely different from mine. The PN, description and price follows:
FL3Z*3A788*B TUBE ASY 112 $29.16 List => 24.50 Net

I am currently working on my 2006 f150, and the vacuum lines all need replacement along with the 4x4 actuators. Check your year. Below are three links for a 2006 that comprise the entire vacuum system, minus the solenoid. the last link includes a vacuum line and a box/reservoir that sits behind my battery. You can get the vacuum line that connects to the reservoir separately. its an easy fix. Get a mityVac to diagnose the issue. In my truck's case nothing held a vacuum. What ends up happening is that the front axle engages with the front wheels full time. However, your 4x4 is not operating. In other words no power is being sent to the front. I am the shadiest of shade tree mechanics and this is very easy so far.
