Default brake vibration

When applying brakes feels like your running over 1by slats. pads are wearing even, caliper pins clean and free, rotors have no ribs or grooves in them. Rotated tires,an i just can't seem to find where the vibration is coming from. The rotors are less than 3 months old. Vibration just came out of no where, and it is consistently getting worse. please help. thank you.

Did you balance the tires when you rotated them? Or something is getting loose, CV could be going bad possibly, or the bearings also.

Probably warped rotors... Who was the last person to take the wheels off and put back on... Jack it up..loosen the lug nuts and do a correctly install the wheels and lug nuts ...

Hand tighten all lug nuts...
then torque one nut at a time.. and criss cross back and forth

It may be that the hoses that connect to your calipers are warped from the inside - just a suggestion

It does sound like a warped rotor. Is the brake pedal pulsating. You didn't mention the year of your truck but if so equipped could your anti-lock braking system be malfunctioning.
