brake problems

Has anyone had a problem with the brakes wearing out really fast
I have a 2008 F150 FX4 and I have replaced the breaks two times
in 25,500 miles the fist time at 14,700 the second at 25,350

Maybe the rears aren't working well and the fronts are doing all the work.
