brake problem need help

Default brake problem need help

i have a 1993 ford f-150 6cyl 4.9 i recently make de body work and i am looking for parts to finish this proyects but i have a proble with the brake system that the rear brakes, when i apply the brakes the rear brakes, slowly or gradually get stock and i use the truck only in short distance. so if any body had that problem in the past and know the answer to this problem that would be very good because i change almost everything and the truck keep doin the same thank you

I had a buddy that had to deal with that.
He found out all he had to do was bleed the brakes off.

I may be wrong, but it may help.

Drum brakes in the rear. Return spring broken allowing brakes to stay engaged. Seized brake cylinder. Have you removed the drum?

i cut the drums i change all components and parts of the drums
